Richard R. Pearce

Richard R. Pearce, is Vice President for Administration and Finance for the University of Mary Washington and Treasurer of the UMW Foundation.  This role is critical for supporting the institution’s educational mission, providing fundamental services to students, faculty, and staff, and promoting the welfare and successful operation of the University of Mary Washington.

Mr. Pearce is affiliated with, and an officer and director of, several community organizations in the area.  He received a  B.S. in Public Administration from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from Radford University.  Through his involvement with the University and the Foundation, he strives to support the future success of UMW and its enduring dedication to excellence.
